Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and in the event that you need to cancel your reservation at Rockefellas Studios, the following cancellation policy applies:

1. Cancellation notice period:
* 24 hours or more prior to the reservation start time: Full refund or a credit that can be used towards a future reservation.
* Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the start time reservation can not be refunded online and  start time: 50% of the rental fee will be charged. However, a credit that can be used towards a future reservation will be awarded.

2. No-shows: If you fail to show up for your reservation and do not provide any notice of cancellation, you will be charged the full rental fee.

3. Changes to the reservation:
* Changes made 24 hours prior to the reservation start time: No penalty fee. A credit that can be used towards a future reservation will be awarded.
* Changes to your reservation may not be made less than 24 hours prior to the reservation start time. 25% of the rental fee will be charged.

4. Refunds:
* If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method.
* If you prefer a credit that can be used towards a future reservation, please let us know and we will provide it to you.

Please note that the cancellation policy applies to all reservations, including those made through third-party booking platforms.
