Service Description

This beautiful, large space is 2,800 sq ft production studio. Available for film production music videos, photo shoots, casting calls, webisodes, etc. -Large Green Screen -Vanity Room/ Changing Room: Lighted Vanity Mirror - Clothing Rack on wheels - Steamer - 25 person Conference Table Bookings over 2 hours must complete a Studio Rental Request Form. There are no refunds, only rescheduling of your booking in an available time slot. All bookings are scheduled at least 30 minutes apart to allow for proper cleaning to take place, review equipment and state of studio before the next rental group.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and in the event that you need to cancel your reservation at Rockefellas Studios, the following cancellation policy applies: 1. Cancellation notice period: * 24 hours or more prior to the reservation start time: Full refund or a credit that can be used towards a future reservation. * Less than 24 hours prior to the reservation start time: 50% of the rental fee will be charged. However, a credit that can be used towards a future reservation will be awarded. 2. No-shows: If you fail to show up for your reservation and do not provide any notice of cancellation, you will be charged the full rental fee. 3. Changes to the reservation: * Changes made 24 hours or more prior to the reservation start time: No penalty fee. A credit that can be used towards a future reservation will be awarded. * Changes made less than 24 hours prior to the reservation start time: 25% of the rental fee will be charged. However, a credit that can be used towards a future reservation will be awarded. 4. Refunds: * If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method. * If you prefer a credit that can be used towards a future reservation, please let us know and we will provide it to you. Please note that the cancellation policy applies to all reservations, including those made through third-party booking platforms. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to work with you to reschedule your reservation or provide a refund if possible. However, the cancellation policy outlined above ensures that we are able to cover our costs and maintain the high level of service and quality that our clients expect.
